Well....The docs came in this morning.   They did bloodwork and my cortisol levels are 1 (normal levels are 30-40). Cortisol is a hormone produced by your adrenal glands.  They have never heard of that before.   They did more bloodwork today and are going to do more tomorrow along with a test that takes about two hours.   If it's still low they think that was the issue all along.   They will put me on long term steroids to fix the issue. 

I'm feeling relieved that they know what has gone wrong at this point.
